Injector


The automatic injector is used to fill cream into cakes that have been baked and thermoformed. We sufficiently combine electricity and gas to optimize its function. Mould trays with cakes step-walks forward; one or more injection heads then use upward and downward movement to fill products. This machine has been designed and created to allow adaptation to various production requirements, such as different tray sizes, hourly capacities, product requested, etc.

 

Production Scope

Bread, biscuit, egg roll and multi-cakes, such as round cake, cartoon cake, custard cake, cup cake, muffin cake, chocolate coated cake, plum cake, etc

 

Filling material

Suitable to fill various materials, such as: chocolate, syrup, honey, jam, cream, sauces, condiments etc.

 

Horizontal injection

This injection unit is designed for horizontal filling of long size products. Accurate long fillings can be adjusted to the products.

 

Vertical injection

The conveyor runs intermittently and the injection head is provided with vertical movement. With independent multiple cylinders are designed to fill products of various shapes and lengths.

 

Single and multi-head injection




With high efficiency, our injector could separately inject filling (cream/jam) into several tare cakes at the same time. It has the ability to inject an entire tray each cycle with single or multiple injection needles per cake. It gives you the flexibility to make a variety of products with the one machine.
